First impressions of this hotel were not overwhelming, but they don't always count. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. The bathrooms were also large and had efficient showers. The attention to detail in the room was evident, with comfortable chairs for dining and basic amenities provided. The breakfast offered a good variety, including bread rolls and eggs that were available for purchase separately. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout our stay.

The location of this hotel was excellent for exploring the beautiful Tyrol region. The clean and well-appointed rooms, many with balconies, provided a comfortable and relaxing stay. the all-inclusive option was a great benefit, with delicious lunches for our day trips and a free bar for selected drinks from 4-9pm.
There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the breakfast options were limited and could use more variety.

We recently spent Christmas holidays at an Austrian hotel. the scenery was stunning as it was surrounded by picturesque mountains and valleys. the hotel offered a warm welcome and had a great atmosphere, with traditional Austrian music played during dinner. the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. the buffet-style meals were varied and good quality, and they even had a special Christmas dinner with a variety of traditional dishes.
Although the hotel had a cozy fireplace in the reception area, there was no quiet lounge to relax and read a book away from the noise. the room we stayed in was a bit cramped, and the heating was a bit erratic.
